Website and Sales Terms

Effective from: 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy goods from www.radicalresin.co.uk, by telephone or by email. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who you are buying from

Your seller is Radical Resin Supplies Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17409035.

Registered office: 4 South House, Bond Avenue, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, England, MK1 1SW
Email: info@radicalresin.co.uk
Telephone: 01525 630 111

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Radical Resin Supplies Ltd. “You” means the customer. Your contract is with us even if another business makes, stores or dispatches the goods.

A consumer buys wholly or mainly for personal use. A business customer buys wholly or mainly for business use.

2. Product selection and information

We sell resins, paints, coatings, primers, repair products, tools and related supplies. Check the product description and any technical or safety information before ordering.

Product suitability and performance depend on factors including the intended surface, its condition and moisture level, preparation, mixing, temperature, ventilation, application and curing. Tell us about any particular intended use before buying. If you are unsure about suitability, contact us first.

Technical figures, including coverage and drying times, are guides based on stated or typical conditions. Allow for surface variation and reasonable wastage when deciding how much to order. Nothing here reduces a consumer's rights if goods are faulty, not as described or fail to meet a purpose made known to us where the law requires them to do so.

3. Appearance and samples

Photographs, colour charts and digital previews help illustrate products. Screens, lighting, substrate texture, batch differences and application can affect the finished appearance.

If colour or finish is critical, obtain a sample where available and test it on the intended surface before completing the work. This recommendation does not remove your rights if the goods differ materially from their description.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Radical Resin Supplies Ltd is VAT registered under VAT Registration Number 529219185. VAT is charged at the current standard rate where applicable and is shown on your order confirmation and VAT invoice. Delivery and other applicable charges will be shown before you place an order.

We may change prices before accepting an order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you so you can proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is due when you order unless we agree written credit terms with a business customer. We can provide a receipt or VAT invoice on request.

5. When an order becomes binding

An order is your offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; it is not acceptance. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order because goods are unavailable, payment fails, delivery is unavailable, an obvious error has occurred, or supply would be unlawful or unsafe. We will refund any payment taken for an order we do not accept.

6. Promotions

Offers and discount codes apply on their stated conditions. Unless an offer says otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to earlier orders.

If a promotion is applied in error or used contrary to its conditions, we may decline the order before acceptance. We will explain the issue and refund any payment taken if the order does not proceed.

7. Delivery

Delivery options and charges will be provided before you order. Goods may have special transport requirements because of their size, weight or chemical classification.

You must provide an accurate address and contact details and make reasonable arrangements for access. Unless expressly agreed, delivery does not include carrying goods upstairs or to a specific location within a building or site. We may charge the reasonable extra cost of another attempt if incorrect information or unavailable access caused a failed delivery.

We will aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe. A displayed date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Consumer goods will be delivered within the period required by law unless a different period is agreed. If a material delay arises, we will explain your options.

8. Ownership, risk and checking delivery

Ownership passes to you when we receive payment in full.

If you are a consumer, responsibility for loss or damage normally passes when you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. Different rules may apply if you independently choose a carrier we did not offer.

Check the goods when reasonably possible. Contact us with your order number if anything is missing, damaged, leaking or incorrect. Photographs may help us resolve the issue. A delay in reporting it does not remove a consumer's statutory rights.

9. Consumer change-of-mind cancellation

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you can usually cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order arrives in several parts, the period normally starts when the last part arrives.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing info@radicalresin.co.uk or writing to our registered office. You may use the form at the end of these terms, but do not have to.

You then have 14 days to send the goods back. Contact us for the correct returns address and any transport instructions. You normally pay the direct return cost for a change-of-mind cancellation. If goods cannot normally be returned by post, we will provide the expected return cost before purchase.

10. Cancellation exceptions

The change-of-mind right does not apply where the law provides an exception. Depending on the goods, this may include items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Choosing an ordinary option from a standard range does not automatically make a product personalised. Opening or using goods does not automatically remove every legal right to return them. These exceptions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

11. Returns and refunds

Returns

Before returning any goods, please contact us so that we can confirm the correct return address and return process. Do not assume our registered office accepts returned goods.

Returned goods must be securely packaged. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us, and we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Keep proof of posting.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund where goods are returned damaged, opened, used, incomplete, contaminated, or not in a resaleable condition, unless the goods are faulty.

All non-faulty returns are subject to a 40% restocking charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge does not apply where it is not permitted by law, for example where you validly exercise a consumer cancellation right that does not allow such a charge, or where goods are faulty or not as described.

We cannot accept returns of goods that have been specially ordered or made to your specifications, including non-standard RAL colours and other bespoke or custom items. This does not affect your rights if such goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

Refunds

Following a valid change-of-mind cancellation, where a refund is due we will refund the amount paid for the relevant goods minus the 40% restocking charge for non-faulty returns. Where applicable, the standard delivery charge — the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order — will also be refunded.

Refunds will usually be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by law once we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.

Additional delivery services, upgrades, surcharges, or special delivery arrangements may not be refundable unless the goods are faulty or we have failed to provide the agreed service.

We may make a deduction permitted by law if handling beyond what was necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning has reduced their value.

12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact info@radicalresin.co.uk or 01525 630 111 with your order number and details of the problem. We may reasonably ask for photographs, inspect the goods or arrange a return.

Consumers have statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements. Depending on the circumstances, these may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction. We will meet reasonable return costs where required by law.

13. Using products safely and effectively

Before use, read and follow the product label, technical data sheet, safety data sheet and application instructions. Prepare the surface correctly; follow mixing ratios, temperature limits and curing times; and use appropriate protective equipment and ventilation.

Store and dispose of products as instructed. Keep them away from children, animals, heat, ignition sources and incompatible materials.

For specialist, industrial, high-traffic, wet or safety-critical applications, obtain appropriate professional advice and carry out a test area. We are not responsible for a problem to the extent it was caused by incorrect storage, preparation or application, unsuitable conditions or failure to follow supplied instructions. We remain responsible for defective goods and obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Business purchases and limits on liability

Business customers are responsible for assessing whether goods suit their commercial projects and ensuring competent people handle and apply them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to a business customer for lost profit, business, contracts or goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to a business customer arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing restricts a consumer's statutory rights.

15. Events outside our control

Events such as severe weather, courier disruption, supplier shortages, fire, flood or legal restrictions may affect fulfilment. If a significant issue arises, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effect.

Your legal rights, including any applicable right to cancel and obtain a refund, remain in place.

16. Website use and customer content

You must use our website lawfully and must not compromise its security or interfere with its operation. Website text, images, logos, graphics, videos and guides belong to us or are used with permission. Commercial reproduction requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

If you submit a review, photograph or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You keep ownership, but give us non-exclusive permission to display it for the purpose for which it was submitted. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant material.

17. Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when we accept your order applies to it; a later version will not change an accepted order without your agreement. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where possible.

18. Complaints and governing law

For questions or complaints about a product, order or return, contact info@radicalresin.co.uk, 01525 630 111.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain applicable mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in their local courts. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with business customers.

You may use this form to cancel a consumer order. An email or any other clear statement is also sufficient.
